The Client

The Role 
Reporting to the Construction Administration Manager, the role of the Construction Administrator is to ensure the smooth running of the construction administration operations, provide general officer assistance and be responsible for ensuring that all administration activities are coordinated and managed so that tasks are achieved in the timeline required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; 
Liaising with appropriate trades, authorities and stakeholders 
Delivering exceptional customer service by effectively and efficiently communicating with clients 
Build and maintain customer relationships 
High degree of accuracy in recording details 
Manage key register and key handover 
Keeping the accounts team up to date with all anticipated claim dates throughout projects 
Skills and Experience 
To be successful in this role you will have: 
Experience in a similar role or with a builder is preferred but not essential 
Experience in a PA or EA role highly regarded 
High level of organisational skills 
Strong attention to detail 
Be able to work autonomously and without supervision 
Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office
