As a key member of the Maintenance Team, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and opportunities to support and grow the team across multiple sites within the Gladstone area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Preparing job packs
* Reporting directly to on-site services managers or project managers
* Negotiating with suppliers and procuring materials and services
* Coordinating site and workshop activities
* Managing processes to ensure project and contractual deliverables including time, cost, quality, and scope requirements
* Preparing HSE and Quality compliance documentation and controlling and assuring the safety and compliance of all onsite and workshop scopes and work crews
* Ensuring the safety of all employees and contractors working in the operating unit or department by driving continuous improvement towards a true safety culture
* Making decisions based on knowledge and experience
* Managing and capturing workforce hours and productivity
The ideal candidate must have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in supervising Mechanical & Engineering scopes in an Oil and Gas, Mining, or Industrial environment
* A nationally recognized trade qualification
* Proven leadership and team management skills with a positive can-do attitude
* Good problem-solving skills
* A demonstrated strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment
