Thomas Paul Constructions is a major developer and residential builder based on the NSW Central Coast and is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team
The role:
Residential Construction Costing.
Evaluation of lots with site inspection.
Appropriate costing applied to achieve final sales price for listing.
Billing of quantities.
Preparing documentation for planned projects.
Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Competent understanding of Australian Standards and NCC.
Understanding of consultations with council or private certifiers.
Understanding of the Council and Certifier Approval process.
The ideal candidate:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working as an Estimator.
The ideal applicant will have advanced experience and detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
You will possess excellent written and oral communication skills which will contribute to your ability to confidently represent the company.
