We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-orientated part time Admin Assistant, to join Team Rash's growing team. As a Admin Assistant to a Sales Rep, you'll play a vital role in supporting our busy real estate agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound cold calling to prospective clients
* Manage and update client information within the CRM system
* Assist with lead management, follow-ups, and appointment coordination
* Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the Sales Representative
* Use Trello to track tasks, leads, and workflow progress
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data is kept up to date
* Assist with general sales support and coordination as required
Skills & Experience
* Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone, including cold calling
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Experience with CRM systems and Trello is an advantage, but not essential
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
