To meet our high standards of care, we are seeking a skilled Frontline Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support services to patients and staff in our clinic. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing clerical and administrative functions to efficiently operate the dialysis clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer the switchboard in a professional manner.
2. Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate and empathetic way.
3. Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, minute taking, agenda creation, petty cash management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
4. Participate in our quality improvement program to drive excellence in patient care.
5. Coordinate the use of the centre for physicians and public hospital visiting staff.
6. Serve as a contact point for IT issues in the clinic.
7. Collate and forward statistics as required.
8. Manage data entry and accounts payable processing for the clinic.
9. Work with maintenance contractors to enhance the operational work area and ensure occupational health and safety compliance.
10. Provide administrative support for our Clinical Advisory Committee.
11. Arrange transport for patients and book appointments.
