**About the role**:
- Responsible for end to end payroll, accounting, invoicing, running reports and liaising with the Payroll Manager and Payroll Team
- Checking and auditing payrolls, ensuring legislative and award compliance and internal reporting requirements such as annual leave, Long service leave etc.
- Calculation, payment and reconciliation of payroll tax.
- Liaise with HR regarding new hires, terminations, remuneration and conditions of service.
- Prepare reports (internal and external) and information as required (Internal management external ADP Payroll processing)
- Liaising with vendors and employees
**To be successful**:
- Previous Experience in a Payroll/HR Position
- Willing to learn and take your own initiative
- A people person and approachable
