An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Change Manager to join a high-performing delivery environment and lead a complex, fast-moving program of work within the commercial insurance space. This role sits within a supportive Change Chapter and partners closely with cross-functional squads across underwriting, portfolio, distribution, claims, operations, risk and technology.
This is a strategically important initiative with significant business and customer impact-ideal for someone who thrives in high-complexity, high-velocity environments.
Your new role
The work is dynamic, ambiguous and multi-release, requiring someone who can quickly build context, establish relationships, and drive outcomes from day one.
You will:
* Take over and progress inflight change activity to support a smooth transition during the handover period.
* Lead change across a complex product environment involving multiple business units and external partners.
* Own the delivery of end-to-end change activities including planning, communications, readiness and training.
* Provide guidance and support to a Change Analyst.
* Work in a high-visibility capacity with senior leaders and subject-matter experts.
* Contribute to shaping the future of a key commercial insurance offering.
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated success delivering change across complex, multi-stream initiatives.
* Ability to manage high stakeholder complexity and operate confidently in ambiguous environments.
* Hands-on capability across planning, communications, training and readiness activities.
* Experience working with fast-moving product releases and iterative delivery.
* Background in insurance or large financial services (highly desirable).
* Experience in scaled-Agile or Agile environments (preferred).
* Ability to quickly integrate into a chapter model and work effectively with cross-functional squads.
