About the Role
As a Customer Support Manager, you will lead and drive sales and service performance for designated teams, ensuring a positive member experience across all channels.
Responsibilities
Ensure high-quality customer service across all channels, measured by team and centre performance.
Uphold P&N Bank brand values when interacting with customers, internal stakeholders and external providers.
Engage, motivate and support team members to achieve and exceed sales and service targets.
Encourage deeper customer relationships through the Enrich framework.
Collaborate with other teams to maintain a cohesive culture.
Build a high-performing team by clarifying accountabilities, keeping commitments, encouraging ideas and continual learning.
Lead coaching sessions, identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve performance.
Deliver proactive guidance to ensure compliance with regulations, legislation, policies and procedures.
Promote a culture that encourages risk and compliance identification; escalates risk events and shares learnings.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiencies, processes or systems.
What you bring
Previous sales and service management/leadership experience in a banking or financial services environment.
Experience delivering service and sales in a busy, outcomes-focused environment.
Customer experience as a driving force behind business decisions; implementation of service practices that meet customer and organisational needs.
Proven success in coaching individuals and teams to achieve outstanding results.
Experience leading high-performing teams and influencing business decisions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence.
Skills in supporting teams through change; promoting resilience and adaptability.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement or innovation.
Strong risk and compliance focus; ability to identify risk and escalation where appropriate.
Ability to manage time and adapt to changing priorities.
