Job Description Key Responsibilities A. Leadership Team Management - Supervise and support rostering coordinators.
- Lead meetings, provide training, and manage performance.
B. Operational Oversight - Oversee roster creation and service coverage.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates.
C. Compliance Quality Assurance - Ensure SCHADS, NDIS, and internal policy compliance.
- Review staff qualifications before allocation.
D. Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with CRCs, HR, Payroll, Intake, and Operations.
E. Systems Improvement - Oversee system accuracy and drive workflow improvements.
Requirements - Experience in rostering and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of SCHADS and NDIS.
- High-level communication and problem-solving skills.
