Key Responsibilities
* To provide exceptional customer service, interacting with residents and their families in a respectful, empathetic, and professional manner.
* To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and presentation areas, adhering to relevant health and safety regulations.
* To assist with food preparation, serving, and clearing tables, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals, supporting and respecting each other's contributions.
Requirements
* A minimum qualification or experience in a food service role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
