We're seeking experienced and passionate Orthopaedic Registered Nurses to join our high-performing Orthopaedic division—one of the largest joint replacement surgery providers in the Asia-Pacific region.

About the Role

As an Orthopaedic RN at Epworth Richmond, you'll work across our dedicated surgical wards, supporting patients through a wide range of procedures including:

* Joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder)
* Spinal surgeries
* Fracture repairs and trauma
* Robotic-assisted surgeries
* Sports orthopaedic and limb reconstruction

You'll be part of a team that performs over 4,000 joint replacements and cares for 1,100+ trauma patients annually.

Our Orthopaedic Wards

* 6 LEE – 35 beds
* 5 LEE – 37 beds
* 3BE/4BE – 35 beds combined

We offer comprehensive care from pre-surgical education to rehabilitation, with a strong focus on both physical and emotional recovery.

Our team's goal is to not only care for the physical needs of our patients, but also provide emotional and mental support to help them regain their independence and quality of life post-surgery..

You will bring the following;

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Strong clinical skills in surgical nursing
* Orthopaedic experience (desirable but not essential)
* A collaborative, safety-first mindset and a passion for patient-centred care
