One of Australia's most prestigious organizations - who own fibre broadband builders as well as Telstra's former fibre-to-the-premises business in wholesale telco services, infrastructure, communications platform-as-a-service and consumer and business telco services.
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to develop and deliver product offerings, campaigns and strategies primarily to the Enterprise market. It will drive network, voice and SMS based offerings and the peripheral services and applications for these offerings. It will involve working with internal and external stakeholders, managing vendors, and constructing deliverable products to drive financial and non-financial targets. The role will also assist the sales teams in presentation to customers and developing the strategies, pricing constructs and solutions to meet customers' requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Development and delivery of the products and solutions; primarily focused on the enterprise data and voice/SMS markets. It will include Data integration particularly in our Integration as a service offering and how this can be used to drive business value. The overall strategy to achieve our business goals & drive profitable revenue growth
2. Identify new product opportunities in target market segments to increase the growth of the organization
3. Communicate to the market including presenting and appearing at conferences and events as required.
4. Create necessary customer, internal and process documentation for product development.
5. Create and build models and forecasts for delivery of products from cost and P&L basis
6. Engage with target market - isolate opportunities for sustained competitive advantage; quantify the market opportunity
7. Prioritise and create timelines for product delivery and product builds.
8. Track the progress of products from a volume and financial position and be able to report and articulate in written and presentation format
9. Assist the sales team in responding to tender and necessary proposal documentation in response to customer requirements.
10. Building rapport and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications & Experience required
Background in Product Development or Product Strategy
Critical Knowledge & Skills required ( Experience in Telecommunications Industry)
15. Understanding of Telecommunications industry and products
16. Ability to build commercial models underpinning product including price formulation
17. Financial acumen
18. Good understanding of how technology delivers value to customers
19. Able to create forecasts from Market models
20. Be able literate in project and product delivery processes and lifecycles
