About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to join an expanding and dynamic team in our Milton office. The ideal candidate will bring a genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within a supportive and fast‐paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage shared accounts email inboxes and respond to queries in a timely manner
* Oversee debt collection processes and follow up on outstanding accounts
* Assist with the accurate entry and processing of supplier invoices
* Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, manuals, and procedures
* Liaise with accountants on financial and reporting matters
* Prepare and post journals, and complete regular account reconciliations
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 3–5 years' bookkeeping experience within Australia.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
* Confident communicator who engages with team members and stakeholders.
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
* Experience with Xero and worked in a mid‐sized business
