About the Role
As part of our maintenance team at Suntory Oceania, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our beverage production facility in Swanbank through effective engineering management. You will oversee the Maintenance Program, ensuring our assets are safe and reliable, while identifying opportunities for operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-level and detailed problem solving.
2. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of field instrumentation, PLC units, and SCADA systems.
3. Maintain accurate documentation, software, data, and SAP data entry.
4. Conduct asset management activities.
5. Ensure beverage and packaging equipment are in specification and correctly set up.
6. Develop manufacturing team members through autonomous maintenance operator coaching.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in reliability management.
- Lean manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience in training and coaching team members (desirable).
