Our Support Workers work alongside people from all walks of life giving them a helping hand to live their life the way they want to.
Support Worker Duties
Provide domestic & social support for customers with disability / aged care or mental health needs.
Assist with daily personal care routines
Support during community outings
Communicate and engage with your local team
Attend paid mandatory Induction, training, and buddy shifts
Availability to work any shifts provided between Monday – Friday.
Skills & experience
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
Working with Childrens Check or willingness to obtain
Satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain
Demonstrated communication skills and a can-do attitude
Flexible availability to work a range of shifts Monday to Friday
Previous Support Work experience is preferred but not essential.
