Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide administrative support for our livestock operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform various administrative tasks such as sales processing, accounts payable, expenses, and banking.
* Manage vendor and purchaser accounts including reconciliation and debt collection.
* Maintain accurate financial records and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Support the development of finance and insurance connections within the organization.
* Maintain safety protocols in the workplace.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an office administration environment, preferably in a fast-paced setting. Ideally, you will have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
You will demonstrate:
* Excellent computer skills including proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
* A proactive approach to work and strong organizational skills.
* Attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
* Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes.
