DENTAL ASSISTANT – Full-time or Part-time – Monday to Friday – no weekends
Bayfield Dental is seeking a highly motivated Dental Assistant to join our Team. The position is full-time Monday to Friday with excellent remuneration. Part-time 3 or 4 days per week will be considered for the right candidate. Our Dental Assistants enjoy a range of varied tasks, including:
Chair-side assistance including routine and surgical procedures.
Deliver exceptional quality patient care and education.
Proactively managing all duties and supporting our team where needed.
Follow compliance with sterilisation and infection-control protocols
Opportunity to complete further training i.e. Cert IV Dental Radiography
About you:-
You are a team player with a warm empathic character. You are reliable, positive, enthusiastic and dedicated to your role. You have a kind caring attitude with an ability to easily build rapport with our patients.
In addition, you will have:
Cert III and/or IV in Dental Assisting and at least 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant in Australia is preferrable.
Strong compliance with sterilisation, safety and infection control protocols.
Be a positive team player with sound interpersonal skills.
Reliable, proactive and can work independently.
Computer literate.
Willingness to assist in all areas of the practice.
Good professional work ethic.
