The Opportunity

Our Mental Health team provides a range of services, including triage, assessment, crisis intervention, referral, and counselling services for people experiencing mental health concerns.

As a Clinical Lead, you will provide leadership, coaching, and support to a team of approximately 25 Virtual Mental Health Professionals. You will work closely with Operations Managers to ensure rigorous clinical governance and operational efficiencies.

In this role, you will lead a culture of clinical excellence, customer focus, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency through your team, supported by Senior Leadership.

While the focus of this role is clinical and operational management, Clinical Leads may occasionally be asked to work a shift taking program calls to maintain familiarity with requirements and current issues.

This is a permanent position, working Monday-Friday between 8am-10pm. You will have a set weekly roster with flexibility within these hours to suit your lifestyle.

This is a work from home role that can be based anywhere in Australia.

About You

* You will have minimum 5 years' clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting, with at least 3 years in acute mental health.
* You will have at least 3 years' experience in a clinical leadership role, with experience in coaching and mentoring.
* You will hold a clinical qualification in a relevant discipline, such as nursing, psychology, occupational therapy, or social work.
* You will be registered with AHPRA or AASW.
* You will possess extensive clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, and be self-driven and able to work autonomously from home.
* You will be computer literate and proficient in contact centre KPI dimensions and Microsoft Office.

Other requirements include:

* A suitable internet connection with proven speeds during peak and off-peak hours.
* Proof of a Working with Children check.
* A private room/space for your home office setup.
