We're looking for a high-level Performance Media & Creative Strategist to fully own a select group of client ad accounts across Meta and TikTok, while also driving the creative feedback loop that actually improves performance.
This is not a junior media buyer role.
This is a hybrid operator role for someone who understands that media buying and creative strategy are deeply connected.
You will be responsible for scaling spend, extracting insights from winning ads, and translating performance data into clear creative direction for our internal team.
About the Role
We'll manage a portfolio of SaaS and DTC clients, owning the full lifecycle of performance campaigns, from strategy to execution to reporting and creative insight.
The ideal candidate has managed at least $200,000+ in monthly ad spend and is comfortable being both analytical and strategically creative.
You should be confident:
* Owning accounts end-to-end
* Speaking directly with clients
* Identifying why ads win or lose
* Turning insights into new hooks, angles, and briefs
Key Responsibilities
Media Buying & Strategy
* Own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad accounts for a select group of clients
* Manage budgets at scale ($200k+/month preferred experience)
* Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies
* Monitor performance daily and make data‐driven optimisations
* Test new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
Creative Insights & Feedback Loop
* Analyse winning and losing creatives across accounts
* Provide clear performance insights to the creative team
* Suggest new hooks, angles, and testing directions
* Brief performance‐led creative concepts based on data
* Help improve creative iteration velocity across accounts
Client Communication
* Own reporting and performance updates
* Join and lead monthly strategy calls with clients
* Present insights in a clear, strategic, and professional way
* Act as a trusted performance partner, not just an executor
Systems & Reporting
* Help refine reporting systems and dashboards
* Contribute to performance SOPs and internal processes
* Work within our stack (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Supermetrics, Asana, Slack)
Requirements
* Proven experience managing $200,000+ monthly ad spend
* Strong hands‐on experience with Meta Ads (required)
* TikTok Ads experience (strongly preferred)
* Google/YouTube experience is a bonus
* Agency experience preferred
* Strong understanding of direct response marketing and performance creative
* Ability to analyse ad performance beyond surface metrics (CTR, CPA, hook rate, etc.)
* Comfortable owning accounts without constant oversight
* Strong communication skills and client‐facing confidence
