Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our airport location.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all aspects of airport operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This includes managing vehicle fleet levels, employee rostering, and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement business plans, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and improvement.
* Manage vehicle fleet levels and employee rostering to meet customer demands
* Develop and implement reports and financial plans to contribute to the annual business plan
* Monitor location performance against strategic plans and implement contingency measures to achieve targets
* Ensure effective performance management practices are applied at the location
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience leading and inspiring a team in a similar role
* The ability to provide coaching and feedback to employees
* Excellent computer proficiency, especially with MS Office
* Conflict resolution skills
