Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes
Assessing participants functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessment
Leadership opportunities including providing internal presentations
Provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants including the provision of assistive technology
Providing professional guidance/mentoring to junior clinicians
Qualifications
Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration)
2+ years experience
delivering NDIS therapy services
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Exceptional communication + time management skills, detail oriented
Honesty, integrity, and positive approach
