Event Coordinator Role

The Event Coordinator will oversee event planning and execution, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome.

* Coordinate event logistics and manage event applications
* Engage with stakeholders, including community groups and local organizations
* Ensure events comply with safety and accessibility regulations


Requirements

* Experience in event planning or a related field
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Responsibilities

1. Event Planning: Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with community groups, local businesses, and other stakeholders.
