Your role is pivotal in fostering strategic partnerships, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services to property developers, strata corporations, and real estate agencies.
* Meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Pro-actively prospect the marketplace to expand our client base and drive repeat referrals through area mapping and networking.
* Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify client business needs, qualify, probe, scope, and sell our services.
* Manage and assist in the development of business and marketing plans in coordination with management to achieve revenue goals.
* Assist and manage research into the market to identify new business opportunities.
* Identify prospective clients and be able to explain the advantages of our service offering.
* Respond to client and potential client queries relating to our services in a timely fashion.
* Undertake relevant administrative work for business proposals for new and existing customers.
* Ongoing development of in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients, and industry trends.
* Maintain a database of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
