We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Fitter to join an exciting Sydney Metro project with Alstom.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operation Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team working on a high-profile public transport project. This role is ideal for a hands-on Maintenance Fitter with experience in rolling stock or heavy maintenance environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform corrective and preventative maintenance activities
* Conduct in-depth fault finding, servicing, and repairs on Light Rail Vehicles.
* Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with procedures
Your Profile
* Cert III in Mechanical Trade or an equivalent qualification (essential)
* Previous experience in rolling stock maintenance is preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements
Onboarding Requirements
* Willingness to undergo a Drug & Alcohol Test
* National Police Check (post successful interview)
Location: Lilyfield
Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension
Shift: Rotating shifts every 2 weeks Day: 6 AM – 2 PM I Afternoon: 2 PM – 10 PM I Night: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $56.93 – $65.47 per hour + Super + penalties (where applicable)
