**The Position**
Position Title: Service Desk Officer
Classification: HS1 - HS2
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $2,247.80 - $2,568.00
Hours per fortnight: 76

**Role Description**
Reporting to the Support Services Manager, the Service Desk Officer will be the initial point of contact for all IT related support requests, providing first contact triage, diagnosis and resolution.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Undertake a full range of Service Desk activities for the IT Services Department
- Undertake administration and ownership of Incidents & Service Requests
- Communicate with all stakeholders, including providing regular updates regarding incidents and service requests
- Assist with documentation of solutions, policies and procedures and other projects as required

The Innovation and Digital Services Division is charged with delivering technology solutions that deliver on our vision.
