The role of Operations and Customer Service Manager is a key position within our organization, overseeing the daily operations and customer experience of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage front desk customer service and administration
* Staffing, ticketing, bookings, stock control, retail, and café operations
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain food safety standards
* Lead a team and perform cash handling duties
* Provide support to management as needed
* Assist in general administration duties
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high level of computer and organizational skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised
* A professional manner and intermediate level computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office programs
* Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do team-oriented attitude
* Ability to handle conflict resolution and work under pressure
* Strong organizational skills, calm and positive demeanor, excellent communication skills, and passion for hospitality and tourism with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in these industries
* Current RSA, First Aid certificate, and Food Safety Supervisor certificate required
