With construction now underway on a major two-stage, $100M multi-residential development in Redcliffe, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of this flagship build.
This is a rare opportunity to join a privately owned organisation that controls the full development lifecycle in-house - from concept through handover.
You'll be leading a sizeable on-site construction team while working closely with a highly supportive senior leadership group who value professionalism, collaboration, and quality outcomes.

***** professionals, fostering a positive and high-performing culture Oversee all phases of the project including design coordination, pre-construction, and delivery Establish and maintain strong project governance frameworks Manage cost planning, budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting Negotiate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure commercial outcomes Identify and proactively manage project risks and opportunities Ensure quality assurance standards are met or exceeded Drive and uphold strong safety standards across the site What We're Looking For 10+ years' construction experience, including several years in a senior project leadership role Proven ability to successfully deliver large-scale multi-residential projects Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar QBCC Open Site Supervisor licence is essential Confident communicator with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills A leadership style that is calm, solutions-focused and team-oriented Comfortable working to timelines while maintaining quality delivery Why This Opportunity?
