Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in NSW. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the trade and commercial portfolio of Cabot's Premium Woodcare Brands.


About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for future leadership within our team. You will report to the State Sales Manager and play an integral role driving market growth for Cabot's Premium Woodcare Brands across NSW.

* Manage and lead the trade and commercial portfolio.
* Bulid and nurture key relationships across the construction ecosystem.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create integrated solutions and opportunities.
* Influence the specification and preference of Cabot's coatings in significant commercial and residential projects.
* Lead, coach, and mentor sales executives for success in your channel.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to drive market growth and increase sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and product launches.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to sales executives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* A proven track record in sales and account management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience using CRM systems for analysis, reporting, and planning.
