This is an excellent opportunity for experienced level 1.2 and above Registered Nurses to join a well established and positive team.
As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, and for the planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care plans. Demonstrated experience in the mentoring and supervision of care staff and the awareness of AN-ACC required assessments.
A willingness to work within a person-centered, enabling environment, that respects the rights and needs of each individual, is essential for success in our organisation.
The positions are available at our JUNIPER Chrystal Halliday site, located in Karrinyup. There are a variety of permanent and parental leave cover rosters available.
For AM shifts 7:00am - 15:15:pm and PM shifts 15:00 - 21:30pm
Monday, Tuesday ,Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Key Responsibilities of this role:
5. Implementation and development of resident care plans
6. Respond to the requests and concerns of families and carers in liaison with the Residential Manager
7. Sound knowledge of aged care documentation requirements
8. Liaise with appropriate health care professionals to deliver quality care to the residents
9. Develop and maintain the effective performance of other care and service staff
10. Liaise with the Residential Manager to identify the training needs of clinical and care staff
11. Ensure full compliance with and maintenance of aged care standards
The Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
12. Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
13. Knowledge and experience in the provision of clinical care
14. Planning and coordinating skills in matters related to delivery of care
15. Ability and skills to guide staff in wound and diabetes care
16. Sound knowledge of medication systems
17. Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal and team membership.
