Role Overview
The Medical Treatment Liability Services Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive service and administrative support in the delivery of patient experience improvement activities within the MTLS and Coronial Matters across the operations of the health service.
This role involves assisting with collation of reports required by hospital executive staff, providing high-level confidential administrative and clerical support, and assisting with administrative management and preparation of legal claims and coronial investigations.

Requirements:
For this role we are seeking a candidate who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Apart from these qualities, it is expected that the ideal candidate will have relevant knowledge and experience in administration and legal procedures.
