Community Operations Lead – Resident Experience
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations at our site in NSW.
* Manage staff and ensure compliance with regulations,

Main Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, train, motivate and lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service standards.
2. Promote positive relationships with residents through effective communication,

and involvement in the development of community programs
and events that cater to diverse interests. Ensure all interactions are respectful,

professional,and fair while maintaining confidentiality as required.
3. Implement safety protocols,
