About the Role
Gowrie NSW in Lithgow is looking for an Early Childhood Educator to join a fixed‑term contract (November 2026 – June 2026). The role is part of a family of passionate educators focused on creating inclusive learning environments for young children.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement engaging, child‑centred learning plans.
* Support children's holistic development across physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and cultural domains.
* Collaborate with early childhood educators and parents to share best practice.
* Maintain up‑to‑date classroom documentation, attendance records and compliance certificates.
Qualifications
* Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services or an ACECQA equivalent.
* Current compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection Training).
* Commitment to Gowrie NSW values of caring, purposeful, inclusive, integrity and authenticity.
