Job Description
This company is a prominent exploration firm listed on the ASX, with active projects across South America. The highly experienced Board is planning significant growth over the next five years as they continue to explore and develop these projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investor Relations
o Assist with quarterly and annual reporting, and media relations.
o Coordinate events and conferences, including presentations and booth arrangements.
o Liaise with consultants on social media content and scheduling meetings.
* ESG Project Management
o Update ESG information in Socialsuite and draft sponsorship processes.
* Administration Management
o Manage the administration team and create new office processes.
o Assist with general office tasks when necessary.
* EA and HR
o Diary management and scheduling meetings for senior executives.
o Onboard new starters, arrange staff events, and maintain registers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in administration and investor relations, with a background in an ASX listed mining company.
They must be proficient in Office 365, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams, as well as Wordpress, LinkedIn, Twitter, Mailchimp, Computershare, and Automic.
A strong understanding of ASX rules, technology savvy, and national police clearance are also essential.
