About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of workplace projects - from corporate office fit-outs to large-scale refurbishments - delivering creative, functional, and inspiring spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead workplace design projects from concept through to delivery
* Develop spatial planning, material palettes, furniture layouts, and workplace strategies aligned with client needs
* Produce high-quality documentation and visualisations using Revit and other design software
* Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients to maintain design intent and quality
* Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture
* Manage FF&E selection and fit-out deliverables
About You:
* 5+ years of experience in workplace/interior design
* Strong Revit skills; proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar design tools is a plus
* Demonstrated ability to deliver workplace projects on time and on budget
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
