As the backbone to a high-performing team, Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for: Oversee a small portfolio of schemes Assist others with their portfolios while managing your own Chair and lead meetings Prepare agendas and minutes, and attend owners' corporation meetings Address and resolve issues raised by the owner's corporation to improve community living Build relationships with key stakeholders to manage large-scale defect claims, remedial works, and legal matters The Candidate: We are seeking an experienced individual ready for a long-term career!
