We are seeking a General Office Admin in Asset Maintenance Division (full-time / on site). As the Asset Maintenance and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for all office, property, fleet and asset management including generalised administration support to all departments.

About the role
* Support administrative procedures and documentation across departments.
* Proactive database / register administration and support.
* Property Management for HEQS properties including sourcing potential properties, coordinating trades and services (maintenance and insurance claims), purchasing equipment / furniture, etc.
* Oversight and monitoring of the asset register including fleet management, registrations, insurances, fuel cards, and organisational equipment including but not limited to phones, keys, computers, etc.
* Coordinating and ordering HEQS merchandise (including stationery).
* Oversight and monitoring of HEQS insurance policies (including renewal processes).
* Attendance, participation, and minutes for organisational meetings.
* Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements, training room bookings and catering where required.
* General asset administration and reporting.
* HR support includes onboarding new employees, asset and equipment coordination, staff events, training, whereabouts, intranet, website, etc.
What do you need?
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
* Qualifications in Business, Administration, or related fields, or working towards.
* Ability to maintain a high-level work ethic, keeping information confidential and carefully managing matters of a confidential nature.
* Demonstrated high-level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration and consultation skills.
* Demonstrated ethical, inclusive and non-judgmental attitude towards others.
* Proven ability to work autonomously while also collaborating positively within a team environment.
* Clear and current National Criminal History Check.
* Current Driver Licenses.
