We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our elite team. This role will combine cutting-edge technology, exposure to worldwide clients across all industries, and exciting growth paths.
Your mission will be to identify business deals by contacting potential customers in the assigned territories; exploring opportunities with C-Level, managing your leads, prospecting and supporting marketing programs, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Qualify Prospective Customers: Uncover and qualify prospective customer needs, understand business processes, identify opportunities, understand requirements, and ascertain potential areas for value addition.
* Research Target Companies: Research target companies and key decision makers to identify their business challenges and need for Denodo solutions.
* Presentation and Storytelling: Effectively introduce and represent the Denodo product. Write compelling emails and tell engaging stories that leave prospective customers wanting to learn more about the value our product delivers.
* Scheduling Opportunities: Schedule opportunities to engage with prospects and members of the Denodo sales team.
* Collaboration and Process Improvement: Collaborate with sales and marketing to continuously improve our lead generation and follow-up process.
* Account Qualification: Qualify the account for short- and medium-term opportunities.
* Data Management: Accurately update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with customer data.
Requirements
* Minimum 3+ Years Experience: Minimum 3+ years Inside sales/business development experience – software sales or high-tech products and services.
* Education: BS/BA or higher degree.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Superior outbound calling, prospecting, and lead generation skills.
* IT Foundation: Good foundation to understand and learn IT technologies and enterprise information infrastructure.
* Pain Point Identification: The ability to lead prospects to understand how our solution can solve their pain points and deliver value to their business.
* Organizational Skills: Organized, disciplined, and efficient.
* Interpersonal Skills: Sincere interest in people and a high degree of comfort communicating with senior level executives via various mediums.
* CRTM Experience: Ability to work independently and is a multi-tasker. Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce.com), as well as good computer skills.
