We're seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy Supply Chain Manager to join our client's passionate team.
Reporting to the COO, you'll play a critical role in keeping their supply chain running smoothly - from procurement and planning to freight, inventory, and everything in between.
Our client operates from a state-of-the-art automated facility and specialises in the frozen health food industry.

The Role This isn't a highly strategic ivory-tower role - we need someone who's solutions-focused, organised, and ready to get in the weeds when required.
You'll manage the day-to-day movement of products across multiple sites and markets, while building processes that scale with our client.
You'll be working cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Finance, Innovation, and Packaging teams to deliver on four key pillars: Product Innovation Supply Chain Profitability Growth with Customers Flawless Execution Key Responsibilities Planning & Inventory Partner with Sales & Operations to manage forecasting and production planning Build weekly schedules to ensure optimal stock availability Maintain inventory accuracy across the Ingleburn Manufacturing site and 3PL partners Ensure FIFO, batch tracking, and SQF compliance Procurement Raise purchase orders and manage ingredient & packaging supply Monitor inbound deliveries, track lead times, and resolve delays Support supplier cost tracking and minimum order quantity planning Freight & Logistics Manage outbound freight across retail, foodservice, and export channels Coordinate with transport providers, vendors, customs brokers, and warehouses Track DIFOT performance and resolve logistics challenges Work closely with major supermarkets (Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Costco) Systems & Reporting Use Unleashed and Excel to manage data and support decisions Identify efficiencies and help drive process improvement Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product teams on key projects Your Team & Structure You'll oversee two direct reports: Procurement Officer Logistics Coordinator You'll work closely with: Vendors (packaging, dairy, raw ingredients) Sales, Ops, Product Innovation, and Marketing teams Global partners across US, NZ and China What We're Looking For 3-8 years' experience in FMCG Supply Chain FMCG supply chain management background - ideally in food, frozen food, health food, beverage or pharmaceutical industries Strong data skills; confident with cloud-based platforms (especially Unleashed) Strong attention to detail and organisation skills A team player who works well with Packaging, Innovation & Export teams Highly organised with the ability to work 12 months ahead on promotional plans Passionate about healthy eating and embracing change Resilient, solutions-focused and not afraid to roll up your sleeves Ability to build solid supplier relationships Confident working with major retailers and international logistics Enthusiastic about healthy products and innovation Someone who thrives in a scaling business (ideally $30-50M turnover) Someone who is hungry to succeed and join our client's rapid growth journey You'll Also Bring Experience working with the Big 4 retailers (Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Costco) Solid vendor negotiation and contract management experience Exposure to international trade/export logistics A collaborative, solutions-first mindset A proactive attitude and passion for growth and efficiency Having worked with Balanced Scorecards and vendor performance metrics Having been part of a business on a high-growth trajectory Experience with commodity brokers, raw ingredient and packaging vendors If you're ambitious, agile, and ready to lead in a business that values innovation, transparency, and healthy growth - we'd love to hear from you.
