Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the financial operations of a business unit, providing insightful analysis and commentary to inform strategic decision-making.
Key tasks include preparing monthly reporting packs, leading budgeting processes, and ensuring ERP/accounting compliance. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for ad hoc reporting, managing general ledger entries, and maintaining robust controls over banking/approval processes.
In collaboration with Corporate Finance and Admin teams, the Finance Manager will work towards achieving business outcomes, improving processes, and implementing system enhancements.
Requirements
* A degree in Accounting with CPA or CA qualification and at least 5 years' experience in financial management.
* Dynamics 365 experience is desired but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
