The Role:
* End‑to‑end portfolio management across a shared portfolio.
* Routine inspections outsourced (you handle reporting only)
* Trust accounting outsourced
* Day‑to‑day administration and communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Managing documentation, compliance, and tenancy requirements
* Working closely with a young, supportive team
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Ideal Candidate:
This role will suit someone who is driven, proactive, and shows initiative, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in property management.
* Have experience in property management
* Hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Be highly organised with strong time management skills
* Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
* Be reliable, team-oriented, and solutions-focused
* Take pride in your presentation and the quality of your work
