Branch Customer Advisor Role
We are seeking a Branch Customer Advisor to support our Cowra branch, providing exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the growth of our customers' financial journeys.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, working collaboratively with them to identify suitable products and services that meet their needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting customers with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions
* Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer details
* Demonstrating our Smarter Banking options to customers, enhancing their banking experience
* Undertaking ongoing training and development to enhance career growth and opportunities

The hours for this role are Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 4:15pm, and Friday, 9:15am – 5:15pm.
