**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and update social media platforms, including creating content, scheduling posts, and Calling and scheduling appointments
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Conduct research and present findings on industry trends and best practices to enhance social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new social media campaigns.
- Maintain a professional online presence and respond to client inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Support the Director as a personal assistant with various administrative tasks, as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in managing social media platforms, preferably in a professional capacity.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, practices, and analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Highly organised and able to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
