This role requires a strong operational background, preferably in healthcare or a similar industry, with experience in managing teams, leading change initiatives, and developing scalable systems. The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to troubleshoot daily issues, navigate complex systems, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage clinic operations from referral to recovery, ensuring every touchpoint works seamlessly.
* Lead a team of skilled admin and clinical staff, setting expectations, mentoring, and building a culture that values patient care and teamwork.
* Troubleshoot daily issues, liaise with external support, and continuously seek better ways to run operations.
* Own accreditation readiness, site operations, and clinical compliance, ensuring solid systems and processes that inspire confidence in patients, staff, and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the CEO to build scalable systems, strengthen team alignment, and create a structure to support long-term growth.

Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven track record as a senior operations manager in healthcare or a similar industry.
* Natural leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams, leading change initiatives, and developing scalable systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Genie environment and other relevant systems.
