Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A strong background in customer service or call centre environments, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
* Experience working with database systems and email programs, with proficiency in word and spreadsheet packages an advantage.
