Business Development Representative @ Domain
We're looking for a hard-working, resilient and self-motivated individual who wants to build a career in Sales. You bring the charisma and we'll bring the training
In this role, you will be equipped with all the tools and training you need to be successful, and guided by a fantastic Sales Leader to show you the ropes and help you learn valuable Business Development best practices.
You'll be a valued member of the team working part-time and contributing towards the growth of our Business For Sale platform, with opportunities to extend beyond six months.
Day-to-day you will be conducting high-volume prospecting calls to generate new interest from a database of previous business customers, working closely and collaboratively with your Sales Leader to build sales pitches. For an aspiring salesperson, you've come at a good time

Core Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Generate new opportunities by drafting clear, compelling outreach and responding rapidly to move prospects through the funnel.
Lead Qualification & Discovery: Qualify leads by asking insightful questions to understand their business model and technical challenges.
Client Engagement: Act as the first contact with a strong phone/virtual presence, articulating value and solving initial technical queries.
Skills Needed
Exceptional Communication: Articulate and persuasive writer/speaker. Confident on phones and virtual meetings; simplifies complex technical concepts.
Analytical Acumen: Asks insightful questions to quickly grasp client business models and diagnose technical challenges.
Responsiveness & Urgency: A bias for action, responding to clients and teams with speed and accuracy.
Results Orientation: A sharp focus on outcomes and the steps to achieve them.
Resilience: Bounces back from challenges with optimism and adaptability.
