Event Production Lead
The role of Event Production Lead involves overseeing the planning, preparation, and execution of live events. This includes leading a team of technicians in setting up audio-visual equipment, managing logistics, and ensuring that all technical aspects run smoothly throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading show builds, setups, and pack downs alongside a crew
* Operating and maintaining audio-visual systems including soundboards and lighting consoles
* Supporting junior technicians both in the warehouse and on site by sharing knowledge and expertise
