Deliver High-Quality Representation and Advice
As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of the financial system and protecting consumers from harm. Contribute to delivering on our purpose, vision, and strategic priorities by providing high-quality representation and advice in matters conducted by our in-house practice.
* Collate and/or review evidence for court cases and tribunals.
* Draft pleadings, affidavits, statements, submissions, and other Court/Tribunal documents with precision and accuracy.
* Integrate with counsel and expert witnesses to achieve successful outcomes.
* Attend court hearings and provide strategic advice and guidance to the Commission on administrative law or civil litigation matters.
* Advise Enforcement & Compliance teams on investigation conduct.
To excel in this role, you will need up to 5 years post-admission experience, hands-on litigation experience, and admission to practice in the High Court, Federal Court, and State Supreme Courts. Strong technical legal, communication, and organisational skills are essential for success.
