Your Role
In this part-time position, working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for:
* Serving as the first point of contact for customers, putting their needs at the forefront of everything you do.
* Assisting customers in identifying suitable products and services, including account opening, lending, and transactional activities.
* Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers throughout their journey, fostering trust and loyalty.
