**Project Manager**
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil and bulk earthworks projects in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, operators, and subcontractors.
* Forecast labour and plant requirements to meet program milestones and optimize productivity.
* Allocate resources effectively to support critical path activities.
* Build a high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
**Project Execution & Delivery**
* Manage end-to-end project delivery, including mobilization, bulk excavation, drainage, roadworks, and final trim.
* Ensure works comply with design specifications, ITPs, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
* Coordinate sequencing of key activities such as benching, backfill, culverts, pavements, and service installations.
* Utilize survey tools and GPS machine control to achieve design accuracy and tolerances.
**Client & Stakeholder Engagement**
* Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, progress meetings, and performance updates.
* Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to address RFIs, NCRs, and design queries.
* Represent the company during audits, inspections, and handovers, ensuring client satisfaction.
**Cost & Commercial Management**
* Prepare tender submissions, cost estimates, methodologies, and staging plans.
* Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Monitor budgets, cash flow, and delivery against KPIs and margin expectations.
**Communication & Reporting**
* Provide clear and consistent updates to clients, planners, site teams, and senior management.
* Prepare technical reports, look-ahead programs, delay justifications, and EOT claims.
* Manage documentation, approvals, and workflows using systems.
**Quality & Safety Oversight**
* Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks on civil and earthworks activities.
* Monitor environmental controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Promote and drive a strong safety culture aligned with the company's HSEQ expectations.
* Enforce QA/QC procedures aligned with ISO standards and project specifications.
