About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as an Inventory Manager), you’ll lead back‑of‑house operations and a dedicated team to drive inventory excellence. You’ll ensure strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimised shrinkage to maximise the store’s profitability, while working closely with the Customer Service Manager to deliver a seamless in‑store experience.
